Replacement hydraulic cylinder seals for obsolete cylinders
The machine runs fine, but the cylinder's seal kit is discontinued or the maker is gone. We machine replacement seals to your groove dimensions or from the old seals, so you can rebuild the cylinder instead of replacing it.
The dimensions we need
Measure the metal parts, not the old seals: worn seals shrink, swell and deform. If you can't take the cylinder apart, send the old seals instead.

Why rebuild instead of replace

Can you make a full seal kit for my cylinder?
Yes. We can machine every seal in a typical cylinder: rod seal, wiper, piston seal, guide rings, back-up rings and static seals. List them in the quote form, or send the old set as a sample.
I only have the old seals, not the dimensions. Is that enough?
Usually yes. Send them as a sample and we'll measure and identify them. Groove dimensions help us correct for wear, so add them if you can.
Do you work in inches?
Yes. Give us dimensions in inches or millimetres; choose the unit in the quote form.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the seal, but it's usually around 20 pieces. We'll confirm the minimum in your quote. There's no mould or tooling cost.
How fast can you help with a machine-down repair?
