Family-owned & operated

A family business that moves at your speed

Our family has worked in industrial seals for four decades, and that experience is part of our team today, behind every material recommendation and quote. Bramstrong has been family-owned since 2018, with our team in California and New York. There's no corporate approval chain between your request and a decision. When you get in touch, you reach someone who knows your order.

We treat your downtime like it's our own. We partner with an established seal manufacturer for production and take care of everything else ourselves: engineering questions, samples, quotes, follow-up and delivery.

FAQ

Common questions

What's the difference between Bramstrong.com and Bramstrong Precision?

Bramstrong.com is our catalog of standard, in-stock seals and kits: order online and it ships. Bramstrong Precision is for everything the catalog doesn't cover: custom dimensions, special profiles, reverse-engineered replacements, and bulk production runs, made to order and fast.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

It depends on the seal, but it's usually around 20 pieces. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm the minimum in your quote. Seals are CNC-machined from billet stock, so there's no mould or tooling cost.

Can you make a seal from a worn or broken sample?

Yes, it's one of the most common requests we get. Register your sample in the form above, we'll email you the shipping address, ship it with the reference number, and we'll measure, identify, and quote it.

How fast is "fast"?

Production can start within 24 hours of your approval, and "machine down" requests get priority. Total delivery time depends on quantity and your location; your quote shows a confirmed date. [Edit to match your real quote and shipping times.]

Do you make the seals yourselves?

Our seals are CNC-machined by an established seal manufacturer that we partner with. We handle everything around production: engineering questions, sample intake, quoting, order follow-up and delivery. You get one point of contact who knows your order.

Will you keep my drawings confidential?

Always. Your drawings are used only to make your parts, and we'll sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.

Can I set up recurring or blanket orders?

Yes. We keep your part numbers and specs on file, so reordering is just a quantity and a date.
